Qualification:
Main Scope work
- Assistant Facilities Officer / Facilities Officer will assists / supervise the operations of the Call Center, Campus Service Group (CSG) of OFAM through Computerized Facility Infrastructure Management System (FIMS) and coordinate to follow up the requests with the concerned units.
- Assists / Supervise Call Center staff and monitor the generated work request received on FIMS in a systematic way and follow up the delayed work requests on daily basis.
- Generate work completion and customer survey reports from the FIMS
- Replace Call Center staff duty whenever assigned by the Supervisor
- Forward the work request to the respective Service Provider or Department and follow up the status.
- Coordinate with the requester on details of request and feedback the status
- Closely monitor the efficiency of preventive and corrective maintenance by the contracted Service Providers.
- Regularly report to the immediate Supervisor for any requirements or concerns.
- Summarize the survey reports of the Service Providers through manual and online survey forms
- Assist the supervisor to generate the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report of the Service Providers
- Work on Facilities and Infrastructure Management System (FIMS) and should continuously improve the FIMS as per requirement.
Other Scope of work
- Assist the immediate Supervisor in various activities of Facilities and Infrastructure Management to maintain the Monthly Reports of the contracts.
- Assist in development of Terms of Requirement (ToR), Contracts, Expression Of Interest (EOI) and Reports.
- Supervise the operation of gas delivery and water pack delivery and monthly reporting
- Assist in campus improvement projects and sight surveys.
- Responsible in the preparation of minutes of the meetings and any official letters.
- Assist the Supervisor in documentation and in reporting the activities associated with various committees of AIT.
- Flexible to work extra hours if required and follow the instructions of the Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/other related to facilities management.
- 1-2 years relevant experience in Facilities and Infrastructure Management or Industrial unit’s maintenance or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Written and verbal communication skills in Thai will be added advantage.
- Ability to adapt to new systems and organize information.
- Working knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge in AutoCAD will be added advantage.
- Quick to adapt the facilities software application techniques, design and specifications
- Good verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
