Accounting/Finance Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 8 years experiences in Accounting
• Honest and reliable, good analytical, managerial and problem-solving skills
• Excellent service-minded attitude
• Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill
• Good computer skills and experiences in ERP systems
• Has accounting concept/background
• Initiative and have strong logical thinking
• Good command for both written and spoken English

Scope of work:

Account Payable, Cash control/Cash management, General Ledger, Bank reconcile

Responsibilities:

• Investment and cash management with the most efficient risk analysis, cash flow/cash requirement analysis
• Cash control and AIT interbank analysis for sufficient utilization and for best competitive investment with all banks concerned
• Local or overseas payments for all external suppliers/employees/students
• Payment thru online banking/bank’s consolidation
• Identify Tax, monthly/annually Withholding Tax for Revenue Department
• Coordinate with local and overseas banks (to open/close account or when the transfer transaction has encountered some problems or failed transactions, etc.)
• ERP AP database updating and transaction interface to GL for month end/year end closing
• GL journal voucher for adjustment/recording and Account reconciliation
• Project’s/scholarship’s bank management
• Overall Fiscal Year-end account closing
• Supervise 2 Accounts Payable staffs and 3 cashiers
• Any other tasks as assigned by Finance Director
