Main Scope work
Facilities officer should be familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Information System (CMMIS) and Facilities Management and should be flexible to do both technical and non-technical jobs with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Supervise the Call Center staff and monitor the work requests execution in a systematic way
- Continuously check the outstanding work requests and follow up until completed
- Affirm that the work requests are forwarded to the respective contractors or Department.
- Generate time of work completion reports and update the status as needed.
- Collect the survey reports of the contractors and other units under OFAM and summarize the data.
- Update monthly the data required for Key Performance Indicator(KPI) evaluation of contractors.
- Follow up the status of the KPI measures and generate the KPI reports on quarterly basis.
- Replace Call Center staff as need or as assigned by the Supervisor
- Check regularly if the contractor is maintaining the agreed staff number and report the supervisor
- Generate invoice and receipts for any chargeable services provided by OFAM and coordinate the delivery of the service
- Ensure on time delivery of ordered gas cylinder and maintain payment reports.
- Monitor the common class room, Korea house and MEB booking reports and support the request as needed
Other Scope of work
- Assist in CCTV maintenance and support the requests to view and generate monthly status reports
- Assist in common classroom maintenance and support the booking requests
- Assist to physically check of the stocks in the store and make reports.
- Maintain the security daily and monthly reports and other contractor reports and summarize
- Write the minutes of the meetings and any official letters.
- Assist the Supervisor on documentation of all the activities related to OFAM
- Assist in reporting and analysis of data associated with various committees of AIT
- Flexible to work extra hours if required and perform any tasks assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/other related to facilities management
- 1-2 years relevant experience in Facilities and Infrastructure Management or Industrial experience or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Written and verbal communication skills in Thai will be added advantage.
- Ability to adapt to new systems and organize information.
- Working knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge in AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of IFM software application techniques, design and specifications
- Good verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
