Position: Technical staff (Research Assistant) (Hatchery)
Unit: Fish Production Unit (FPU)
Aquaculture and Aquatic Resources Management (AARM) AP

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall supervision of seed production and marketing of fish seed in AARM hatchery
- Setting up and maintenance of egg incubation units
- Preparing Sex Reversal Feed (SRT) for feeding the fish
- Gathering record of feeding, size of brooder and size of fingering
- Fish sales (coordinate with customer, preparing of tank, grading size, counting and packing for transportation)
- Gathering record of purchasing of materials and feed in hatchery
- Maintenance of hatchery in proper condition and ready for fish stocking, fish sales and for research and student experiments
- Fixing hapa net and cleaning tanks
- Preparing document for Department of Fisheries (DoF) and other evaluations.
- Support students research at AARM-FPU
- Caring and standard maintenance of all properties in hatchery
- Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the AARM faculty or HoD/FAB
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor degree in aquaculture or related discipline
- Male or female, aged between 22-30 years
- Thai nationality only
- Good knowledge and capability in managing of Tilapia hatchery system
- Good knowledge and capability in managing basic electricity control such as aerators, water pump or water recirculation systems
- At least one year experience in hatchery management system & recirculation system
- Ability and good attitude in working with others and in teams; and learn new knowledge
