Responsibilities:

1. Implementing effective Financial Management Systems and techniques for AIT Solutions.
2. Formulating strategic and long-term financial business plans.
3. Projections, forecasting, financial analysis, planning and reporting to the Director.
4. Responsible for preparing financial statements.
5. Supervising overall financial processes and coordinate with other units when needed.
6. Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
7. Budget Preparation for all the funds and projects.
8. Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
9. Preparing the documents for opening and closing of projects and coordinating with VPKT’s office.
10. Coordinating with Office of Finance of AIT for financial matters.

Qualifications:

1. The qualified candidate must have a master’s degree in finance or MBA with Minimum professional work experience of 2 to 3 years.
2. The candidate must have proficient knowledge about ERP and other Financial Software and knowledge about project-based account.
3. Fluent in writing and speaking both in English language. He or she must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, initiative and independence in working with teams across the organization. He/she must be able to work independently be available to deliver requested job assignments in a timely manner. Accountable, responsive and dependable, and represent AITS in a professional manner.
