Overview AIT Enterprises Alliance (AEA) serves as a communication and knowledge exchange platform between AIT and Enterprises. The AEA network will foster bilateral engagement between AIT and the enterprise and provide opportunities for multilateral collaborations among the network members. The Alliance will facilitate innovation, professional development, and advancement of industry-academia collaboration. The AIT Enterprises Alliance will have engagement Director/Advisor who will represent AIT Enterprises Alliance (AEA) to the enterprises or AEA members, and enable establishment of good relationships to further the collaboration and engagement with AIT. |
Responsisbility:
- AIT’s Strategy Implementation
- Lead on enhancing engagement with enterprises as outlined in the AIT I2E2S2 strategy, namely: Innovation, Internationalization, Enterprises, Entrepreneurship, Stakeholders and Support.
- Provide strategic inputs to engage with the selected enterprise as required
- Enterprise Engagement
- Develop good working relationships with the enterprises;
- Build and nurture mutually beneficial relationships through AIT Enterprises Alliance;
- Identify prospects of collaboration with enterprises and ensure opportunities are approached in a timely and appropriate manner;
- Bring a range of different experience and skills relevant to revenue generation through collaboration with enterprises like sponsorship/commercial partnerships, event strategies, fund raising, member services etc.
- Identify and assess the potential enterprises for driving the Alliance membership
- Communication
- Act as a Focal Point for information sharing between AIT and the designated enterprise, with special emphasis on communicating expectations, collaboration frameworks, and lessons learnt;
- Communicate and exchange the information on potential revenue streams for AIT through various initiatives with enterprises;
- Provide synthesis of lessons learnt through engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- 2-3 years of experience in business development or technology/ content & media sector
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Excellent teamwork capabilities. Especially good at getting things done, all with a positive attitude
- Self-motivation, high-energy, tenacity
- Excellent at presenting diverse information in a clear, concise manner
- Fluency in business-critical applications: Word, Excel, Keynote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google Suite
- Good to have skills: mail merge, digital marketing, tools to create HTML based emails
- Good command of Thai and English languages (verbal and written)
