Finance Planning Officer

Scope: The Financial Planning Officer is primary responsible to the Director and Unit Head for Operations of AIT Solutions and shall handle the organization’s Financial Management System. |
Responsibilities:
- Prepare budget for AITS central fund (fund 21) and projects (fund 31).
- Process salary payments and other staff financial benefit record and resolve related issues with AIT Finance Office.
- Projections, forecasting, and financial analysis, planning and reporting when required.
- Prepare and submit all financial reports as requested by the Director of AIT Solutions or by the Institute.
- Prepare, maintain and submit petty cash requisition to AIT Finance Office for bills and employee reimbursements.
- Reconcile all accounts with the AIT ERP System and Project Management System and liaise with the AIT Finance Office with respect to all financial matters and ensure that all basic accounting principles are met for audit purposes.
- Responsible for opening, extension and closing of the projects.
