Accommodation Facilities Officer

Job Description:
- Support room allocation management.
- Notify janitorial and technical maintenance service staff of vacant rooms requiring deep cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Provide occupancy readiness reports for vacant rooms.
- Report service and maintenance needs in the accommodation area.
- Report to the immediate supervisor any request for room supplies, furniture, and fixtures replacement.
- Assist tenants with room / dorm move-ins and move-outs.
- Manage inventory lists in the Accommodation stock rooms and communicates to the Accommodation Manager regarding necessary replacement for supplies, furniture, and fixtures.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
​Qualification:
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to work in multicultural environment
- Preferably Thai nationality
