Duties and responsibilities

• Master's/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and data structures.
• Experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and work on end-to-end model development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications and skills:

• Develop and Deploy ML Models: Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems. Work on diverse datasets, ensuring scalability and efficiency of models.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze large volumes of data to extract meaningful insights, identify patterns, and generate actionable recommendations to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to integrate machine learning solutions into existing products or develop new AI-driven applications.
• Model Evaluation and Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of machine learning models by fine-tuning parameters, implementing enhancements, and staying abreast of industry best practices.
• Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies. Conduct research experiments, contribute to publications, and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
