Responsibilities:

  • Plan and map out routes before starting trips.
  • Inspect and maintain vehicles, including checking and adding fluids, oil, and fuel as needed.
  • Perform regular checks on tires, brakes, lights, and other essential vehicle components.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the Motorpool vehicles.
  • Ensure timely and safe transportation of passengers.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and Institute policies while driving.
  • Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to the supervisor.
  • Assist with the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and mileage.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Thailand driving license.
  • Proven experience as a driver, preferably with a motor pool or similar setting.
  • Familiarity with routes throughout Thailand.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge is using computer
  • Preferably Thai nationality
