1. General Summary

We are looking for an analytical accounts receivable and Payroll professional to assist our accounting department as it receives, processes, and collects on goods sold or services rendered. In this role, you will be required to review account information, correct discrepancies, and ensure that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected and as a payroll officer, you should have you should have detailed knowledge of accounting and payroll procedures, familiarity with labor legislation, and advanced mathematical skills.

2. Functions & Duties

  1. Issue Invoice/s in Thai.
  2. Reconciliation of Key General Ledger Accounts
  3. Provide the student new intake HC and Net T&F from the Budget Online System (yearly)
  4. Provide the actual student HC and Net T&F compare with the approved budget (monthly)
  5. Receive and check employment documents (Action form) from HRO.
  6. Process payment for salary of faculty and staff, AIT Provident Fund to TISCO and Co-op, Social Security Office, Government Housing Loan.
  7. Prepare and process payment for personal income tax report of Adjunct Faculty.
  8. Assist Faculty and Staff for issuance of Personal Income Tax Certificate.
  9. Submit monthly (PND 1) and yearly (PND 91) personal income tax return to the Revenue Department and assist online tax submission of employees.
  10. Submit application form for Tax ID number issuance of non-Thai Faculty and Staff to the Revenue Department.
  11. Prepare and submit monthly VAT to the Revenue Department.
  12. Key-in reimbursements and refunds through Payroll.
  13. Key-in bank number for new staffs and change bank account for old staffs.
  14. Prepare monthly reconciliation report (code 036, 028, 038) and housing advance and deposit.
  15. Prepare monthly AP, Payroll deduction and Co-op reports.
  16. Other task as assigned by Senior Accounting Manager and Director of Finance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.
  • Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Attention to detail and self-motivated with strong math and computer skills.
  • Previous experience working as payroll officer or in a payroll department.
  • Proficient with payroll software and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, math, communication, and organizational skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
  • Continuous learning and adaptability to changing technology and payroll regulations.
