Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Route Planning: Plan and map out efficient routes prior to each trip to ensure timely arrivals.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain vehicles, including checking fluids, oil, and fuel, as well as tire, brake, and light functionality.
  • Vehicle Cleanliness: Ensure all Motorpool vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
  • Passenger Transport: Safely and promptly, transport passengers to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws, and Institute policies.
  • Issue Reporting: Report any vehicles issues, malfunctions, or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
  • Scheduling Assistance: Support with the vehicle scheduling and dispatching when needed.
  • Record-Keeping:  Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage, maintenance activities, and mileage.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Thailand driving license.
  • Previous experience as a driver, ideally within a motorpool or similar setting.
  • Familiarity with routes across Thailand.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Strong focus on safety.
  • Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge in using computer
  • Thai nationality preferred
