Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate visa-related matters for students and their dependents at the Pathumthani Immigration Bureau, including:
- Visa extensions
- Re-entry visas
- 90-day reports
- Address notifications
- Passport identity verifications (confirming that old and new passport holders are the same individuals)
- Overstay reporting
- Provide assistance to students and their dependents by:
- Guiding them in completing all necessary forms
- Accompanying them to submit applications for visa extensions, re-entry visas, and overstay reports
- Managing the processing of various services on their behalf
- Monitor and track visa extension deadlines and 90-day reporting schedules, ensuring timely reminders to students.
- Maintain accurate records of passport issuances to students and their dependents from the GRU safe box.
- Deliver services to faculty, staff, and students at the GRU service counter.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- For Thai male applicants: Completion of military service, exemption through the 3rd year of military studies, or an official deferment.
- Proficiency in Thai and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong planning skills.
- Previous experience in visa processing and administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management.
- Highly motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Competence in resolving inquiries and managing complex cases, with strong decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and an effective team player.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, assuming responsibilities at various levels as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with applicants and work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals.
- Strong time management skills to handle a high volume of applications, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
